Well, Jay O’Hara and Ken Ward’s trial day came and went. The district attorney was “sympathetic to the defandants’ point of view on climate change” as the New York Times reports.[ref]New York Times, Charges Dropped Against Climate Activits, 8 September 2014.[/ref] Notables like Bill McKibben were ready to testify on behalf of the two.
