Hillary Raining

The Rev. Dr. Hillary Raining is the Rector of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania where she serves as priest, pastor, and teacher to the congregation. In addition to parish ministry, she is also a published writer in both church and academic fields. She has authored two books: Joy in Confession and Faith with a Twist. Raining holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Drew University which included a concentration on worship, preaching, and reconciliation. She has served on several diocesan and national church wide ministries as well as in ecumenical and interfaith efforts. Raining is a yoga instructor, beekeeper, and musician and is married to Ken Raining, a reference librarian; together they have a rising 7th grade daughter.
