EcoTheo is thrilled to welcome our new Social Media Editor Emily Ling! Emily recently returned to Austin after a few seasons in Massachusetts, where she earned a MDiv and Certificate in Religion & Conflict Transformation from Boston University. Prior to theological studies, she earned a MPAff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas. With experience in the fields of public education, racial justice and disaster relief, her primary work has focused on criminal justice reform and advocating on behalf of the incarcerated, including positions at the ACLU and the Texas Jail Project. Her joy is nurtured by her love of regenerative farms, public parks, poetry & dinner parties.
